Minimum Requirements
- Total flying hours: min 3,000 hours
- PIC time: min 1,000 hours on type
- Valid Class 1 Medical
- Holding ICAO level 4 or above
- Maximum Age: 56
- Last actual flight on type within 6 months
- No flight accident record; No criminal record
- Hold a valid Passport and ATPL issued by one of the following countries (passport and license can be from different countries): Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Austria, Bulgaria, Belgium, Canada, Iceland, Poland, Denmark, Germany, France, Netherlands, Romania, Czech, Britain, America, New Zealand, Australia, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador, Cost Rica, Brazil, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Macau, Hong Kong, United Arab Emirates.

Training pay:
- From the day of passing CAAC Simulator Check and provide all required documents to the day of physically report on duty:
- Less than 90 (incl.) days: US$ 200/day
- Ground training: US$ 400/day with hotel provided (no more than 2 months)
- Line training: 80% of full salary with allowances
Sick leave:
10 days per year
Insurance Coverage:
- Flight Crew Accident Insurance provided by Airline
- Global Medical Insurance provided by AAL
